DELIVERY OPTIONS
Free UK delivery:
Our FREE UK Delivery (Mainland Only) usually takes 3-5 Business Days from the date of ordering.
UK Express Delivery:
This option uses a Next-Day service and will be posted within 24 hours of
your order being placed, or the next Business Day.
International Orders:
Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK may take upto 7 working days to arrive, and do not have the option of Express Delivery.
(Some countries may require a signature for successful delivery).
RETURNS POLICY
Damaged during delivery, defective or not what you ordered?
In the event of this you must advise us within 7 days receiving the item
if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective or isn't what you ordered.
You can do this by sending an email to eshop@bagabook.com
quoting your order reference (found in your order confirmation email)
with a brief reason for the return.
Once authorised you may send the item to:

Upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned item we will send you a replacement at no additional cost or if appropriate, issue a full refund
(including postage costs) via the original method of payment.
Wish to return an unwanted item?
If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused,
you can arrange to return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
In order to do this you must first send an email to eshop@bagabook.com
quoting your order reference (found in your order confirmation email)
with a brief reason for the return. Once authorised you may send the item to:
